Print the Registration form and fill out & sign.
Scan to upload to your computer.
On this Shop Page, Make your selection. (Ex: 1 Registrar, 2 Siblings.)
Add Registration to Cart.

Complete payment online via Pay-Pal, or by mailing a cheque or paying with cash in person.

Description

Registration Begins April 1st and closes April 31st. Soccer runs from May to August every year. We play from Monday – Thursday in the evenings.

Registration Fee: $95.00 for 1st Child and $90.00 for each additional child in the same family. Jersey fee is included in the registration fee. 

Ages For Soccer Are :

  • 3 – 5 years ( must be turning 4 by December 31st of that year)
  • 6 – 8 years
  • 9 – 11 years
  • 12 – 14 years
